Dr. Francisco J. Remy, MD is a board-certified internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care and sleep medicine physician. Dr. Remy earned his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Mayor De San Marcos in Lima, Peru. He stayed in Lima to complete his first internship at Hospital Militar Central, Rotational, then completed a second internship at State University of New York, Health Center at Brooklyn. Dr. Remy finished his medical residency at Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins in Lima, Peru, and at State University of New York, Health Center at Brooklyn. He finished his former medical training with a fellowship at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Remy serves as Medical Director of the Intensive Care Unit AdventHealth East and Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida School of Medicine. His special interests include lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, sleep medicine, narcolepsy, and endo bronchial ultrasound.
