Join AdventHealth Cancer Institute for our 11th annual licensed Best of ASCO® meeting, bringing the best of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, to be held at The JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida.

Each year, the ASCO® scientific committee selects the highest-rated abstracts from the ASCO® Annual Meeting to be available for licensed Best of ASCO® meetings around the world.

AdventHealth Cancer Institute has chosen specific abstracts for presentation.

 

Target Audience

All physicians including Medical and Hematology Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, General Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Colorectal Surgeons, Dermatologists, Pulmonologists, Oral Surgeons, Otolaryngologists, Neuro Oncologists, Urologists, Nephrologists,  Gastroenterologists, Gynecologic Oncologists, Thoracic Surgeons, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pathologists, Radiologists, Residents, Fellows, Medical Students, Oncology Nurse Practitioners, Oncology Nurses, and other Allied Health Care Professionals.

 

Conference Objectives

To  increase  physicians’  competence  and  apply  this  information  to  their  patient  population  for  Bladder, Bone Sarcoma, Breast, Colon, GYN, Head and Neck, Kidney, Liver, Leukemia, Lymphoma, Melanoma, Myeloma, Pancreatic, Prostate and Thoracic cancers.

  • Summarize the data presented at ASCO® 2024 and practice application in clinical settings.
  • Examine advances in treatment strategies for patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
  • Evaluate the role of new diagnostic techniques and therapeutic approaches in the care and management of cancer patients.
  • Interpret updates in evidence-based guidelines, regulations, clinical and translational research, and precision medicine.

 

Continuing Education

This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM.

Nursing continuing education credits have been applied for through the Florida State Board of Nursing Provider Number NCE2012 / CE Broker Provider #50-724 and are pending approval.
