Dr. David C. Molthrop, MD is a board-certified hematology and oncology physician in Orlando. Dr. Molthrop earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University. He went on to complete his medical residency and fellowship at the University of Alabama Hospital. A leader in his field, Dr. Molthrop serves in a multitude of roles, including Principal and Sub-Investigator at AdventHealth Cancer Institute Clinical Research Center. An award-winning physician, Dr. Molthrop is a recipient of the Best Doctors in Orlando award, the ASCO Clinical Trial Participation Award, a Certificate of Excellence from the National Cancer, the Osler Award for Excellence in Clinical Diagnosis, and the Aesculapian Award for Excellence in the Practice of Clinical Medicine, just to name a few. Dr. Molthrop is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American College of Physicians, the Orange County Medical Society, the Florida Medical Association, and the Florida Society of Clinical Oncology.
